Rob Riggle USMC Vet, Actor, Comedian
Riggle has amassed many notable television and film credits during his career. Some film credits include, but are not limited to. "The Hangover," "Step Brothers," "The Other Guys," "The Lorax," and "21 Jump Street." Some television credits include.... Cast member, Saturday Night Live, Correspondent on The Daily Show, "30 Rock," "The Office," "Arrested Development," "Modern Family," "New Girl," "FOX NFL," and he hosted the 2012 ESPY Awards. He will be appearing in the films "22 Jump Street" and "Dumb and Dumber To" in 2014.
After graduating from the University of Kansas with a B.A. in Theater and Film, Riggle joined the Marines and earned a Master's degree from Webster University in Public Administration. Riggle started his time in the Marine Corps as a pilot, but eventually left flying and became a ground officer. After leaving active duty and joining the reserves he began to a pursue a career in comedy. Riggle has served in Liberia, Kosovo and Afghanistan. He was awarded over 21 medals and ribbons during his 23 years of total service, to include the Combat Action Ribbon. After serving 9 years on active duty and 14 years in the reserves, Lt.Col. Robert A. Riggle, retired from the Marine Corps in January of 2013.
