James Bogle Army vet, Director of USC Marshall School of Business for Veterans
James Bogle directs the Master of Business for Veterans program in the USC Marshall School of Business. Prior to joining the Marshall team in 2013, he served 23 years in the U.S. Army. As an Artillery Officer, James commanded two artillery units and fought in Iraq during Operation Desert Storm. As a Foreign Area Officer, he served on the staff of Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld in the Office of European and NATO Policy and at the U.S. Embassy in Paris coordinating a wide range of special and conventional military operations with the French Joint Operations Staff.
James completed his military career as an instructor at the U.S. Air Force Academy. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in History from Arizona State University and a Master’s degree in International Relations from University of Southern California. James and his wife Debra live in Rancho Palos Verdes, California and have two daughters.
